Courtney Carini currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing for the Tennessee Titans. She oversees brand creative, marketing, content and production, broadcast, gameday, community impact and corporate communications. Her scope covers the current and new Nissan Stadium as well as community and league marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining the Titans in 2023, Carini served as Senior Vice President of Global and Strategic Growth for Warner Brothers Discovery's Direct to Consumer Products, leading efforts in global brand and product marketing, communications, partnerships, pricing and consumer packaging for Discovery's full suite of DTC products. Throughout her twenty years in media and entertainment, Carini held numerous brand marketing and operations leadership roles at Time Warner and Scripps Networks, helping to grow household brands such as The Food Network and HGTV.
She has an MBA from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a bachelor's degree in New Media Telecommunications from the University of Georgia. She is especially passionate about youth education and sports, serving as an active mentor in the Tennessee Achieves program and cross-country coach. As a native Tennessean, Carini is an avid runner and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children.
