The Tennessee Titans are proud to support non-profit organizations in the Mid-South.
We can best help the fundraising efforts of your organization by donating Titans
memorabilia to be sold in a live or silent auction or raffle (we are unable to
support online auctions). Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to donate
items for door prizes, incentive prizes, give-a-ways or anything other than an
auction benefiting your non-profit organization and will be unable to respond
to those requests.
NOTE: We are unable to provide donations of game tickets as we are sold out and do
not have tickets available. In addition, the Tennessee Titans are not able to
provide funding to individuals or groups.
As per our team policies, requests for donations of Titans memorabilia are only accepted by completing
our online form. You must comply with the following guidelines to be considered for a donation
of Titans memorabilia.
1. Your non-profit organization must be a 501(c)(3) charity, a school, or a church.
You must enter a valid tax ID number into the online form for us to consider your
request.
2. Our donations are limited to non-profit organizations in Northern Alabama, Tennessee,
and parts of Kentucky. We appreciate our nationwide fan base, but, due to the
volume of requests, we are unable to send items to charities nationwide.
3. Your organization must not have received a donation from us during the current
calendar year.
We will donate one item per year per organization, so please use this item/request
wisely.
4. Your request must be sent no later than three weeks prior to the day your organization
needs the item.
5. The Titans encourage the interaction of businesses and charities. We do not,
however, sponsor businesses. If your business is sponsoring a charity event for
a non-profit organization, please have the director of the charity complete the
donation request form listing your business as an event sponsor. All requests
should come from the charity itself.
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we are unable to make exceptions
to the above guidelines. Our policies allow us to be generous with our donations,
but submitting an online request does not guarantee your organization will receive
a donation. All legitimate requests will be answered in writing. No phone calls
please.
Donation requests that have been approved are customarily fulfilled with a commemorative
Titans football that holds transferred signatures of numerous players and coaches.
The signatures are not altered in any way during this transferring process and
therefore is an authentic replicated signature. A Certificate of Authenticity
will accompany each football.

The Tennessee Titans donate ONLY TITANS MEMORABILIA for organization auctions,
etc., to raise money for charitable causes, community improvement, and educational
enhancement within the Tennessee Titans market (including Tennessee, southern
Kentucky and northern Alabama). Each request is reviewed and evaluated on an individual
basis.
