Quarterback Vince Young passed for one touchdown and rushed for another in Tennessee's
28-17 victory at Buffalo.
Vince Young has shaken off the rust. After an inconsistent performance in his preseason debut at New England, Young
appeared to be in midseason form Friday night, completing 13-of-19 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown, while
running for another, in Tennessee’s 28-17 victory over the Bills at Ralph Wilson
Stadium. Veteran Kerry Collins picked up where Young left off in the second half, completing
5-of-6 passes for 72 yards and a pair of touchdowns to Roydell Williams and Biren
Ealy as Tennessee improved to 2-1 in the preseason. Buffalo fell to 1-2. LenDale White took advantage of his first start at running back, rushing 11 times
for 51 yards, while Chris Brown added 42 yards on six carries. Ealy continued
to state his case for a roster spot, catching two passes for 67 yards and a TD.
Roydell Williams led Titans receivers with four receptions for 68 yards, while
Bo Scaife added three catches for 27 yards and a touchdown.
