Ticket Information
Single-game tickets to all 10 Tennessee Titans home games will go on sale Saturday,
July 12 at 10 a.m. (CST). About 3,000 tickets for each game will be made available
to the public and fans have the option of purchasing up to four tickets for two
games. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the ticket office at LP field, by
calling Ticketmaster at 615-255-9600, by visiting any Ticketmaster outlet, or
by logging on to the Ticketmaster web site at www.ticketmaster.com.
Fans who wish to be placed on a waiting list for season tickets to Titans games
can fill out our online season ticket waiting list form. For additional information on PSL's (Personal Seat Licenses), please call the Titans' ticket office at: 615-565-4200.

IN ORDER TO TRANSFER PSL'S, THE PSL'S & SEASON TICKETS MUST BE PAID-IN-FULL.
A transfer is to a buyer, not the number of seats to a buyer. For example, 5
PSL's transferred to one individual is 1 transfer; or to two individuals (i.e.,
3 to one and 2 to another) is 2 transfers, etc. However, if PSL's are from 5 different
accounts (1 per account), the number of transfers becomes 5.
There are two transfer periods per year. Transfers will not be accepted before
the period begins or once it has ended.
1ST PERIOD …….. February 1st thru April 30th
2ND PERIOD ……. September 1st thru October 31st
PSL's may not be transferred more than once per year except in the case of the
death of the PSL holder or divorce!
TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS
$100 per transfer per account in the form of a cashier's check, money order or
cash ONLY!
Cashier's checks/money orders should be made payable to: TENNESSEE FOOTBALL,

-- Copy of seller's and buyer's drivers' licenses or picture I.D.'s to verify
identity and signatures.
IF PSL'S ARE IN THE NAME OF A COMPANY, the person signing must furnish some form of legal documentation (i.e., incorporation
papers, merger papers, tax i.d., etc., listing officers) showing their authority
to sell the PSL's. An officer (CEO, President, etc.) of the company should sign
the transfer and submit the requested documentation or submit a notarized letter
on company letterhead with the requested documentation giving the signer the authority
to transfer ownership of the PSL's.
IF PSL'S ARE IN THE NAMES OF 2 OR MORE INDIVIDUALS, all must sign and submit copies of their licenses. Non-signers must submit
a notarized letter stating that the individual signing has their approval to handle
the transaction. This pertains to accounts in the name of a husband and wife also.
Transfer items can be mailed to or dropped off at the address above. To avoid
delays, please submit all items requested. Depending on the number of transfers
received, the processing can take 2 to 6 weeks. The transferee (and the transferor
also if retaining any PSL's) will receive a contract to sign and return once the
transfer is completed.
PARKING: If applicable, please indicate which account should receive the current parking
pass. Parking passes can only be transferred with club seats at a rate of one
pass per every four seats on the account. Please note that parking passes are
only leased by PSL holders and cannot be transferred separately from the PSL's.
As all parking is currently sold out, parking passes are not available for new
account holders.
DEATH OF PSL HOLDER: The person inheriting must furnish a copy of the PSL holder's death certificate
and a copy of legal documentation (will, etc.) showing the heir(s) to the PSL's.
The transfer fee is waived if the heir is having PSL's put in their name. If not,
this information plus the standard transfer items & fee listed above will
be required.
DIVORCE OF PSL HOLDERS: Must submit a copy of the divorce decree (1st page, page showing recipient(s)
of PSL's & last page signed by judge). The transfer fee is waived if the recipient(s)
is having PSL's put in their name. If not, this information plus the standard
transfer items & fee listed above will be required.

GENERAL INFORMATION
ENTERING LP FIELD
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into LP Field. By tendering
your ticket and entering LP Field, you consent to such searches and waive any
related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates
and LP Field landlord, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches,

ADA SEATING
Seating for guests with disabilities is available on all levels of LP Field.
To maximize the seating needs of our fans, Titans and LP Field staff reserve the
right to determine the maximum number of companion seats that may be purchased
with a single wheelchair-accessible seat. Additionally, companion seating may
be in theater-style seats adjacent to or in reasonable proximity to the patron
with disabilities. The earlier patrons purchase tickets the better opportunity
the Ticket Office will have to handle requests.
AWAY-GAME TICKETS
Only a limited number of seats are available for each Titans away game. Tickets
for away games are not available for purchase through the Titans Ticket Office.
Fans should contact Titans' official fan travel company at 1-800-363-TRIP for
information regarding packages that include game tickets. Otherwise, fans should
contact the opponent club for ticket availability (other teams may sell out prior

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
• All address changes need to be made online. You can now access your personal

• All changes for accounts with company ownership must be submitted in writing
on company letterhead by an officer or manager.
• No name changes on any account will be allowed without submitting a separate
change of ownership by completing a transfer form during the scheduled periods.
CHILDREN - Under Age 2
Children under age 2 may be held in an adult's lap and are not required to have
a ticket to the game. Children must not disturb other patrons in surrounding seats
or this privilege may be revoked.
LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
Lost or destroyed tickets may be replaced for season ticket holders only. To
have these replacement tickets issued, the PSL holder must come by LP Field with
a photo ID. Non-season tickets cannot be replaced.

SEASON PARKING
A limited number of parking spaces are available in the parking lots around LP
Field. Parking is available for purchase by Club and Suite Holders. Currently
all parking is sold out. Information is printed on the back of each ticket.
REVOCABLE LICENSE
Each ticket (or credential) is a limited revocable license, which may be revoked
at any time at the sole discretion of the Titans. All licenses are subject to
rules and regulations of the Titans and the National Football League ("NFL").
A ticket may be revoked and the ticket holder may be ejected from the Coliseum
for failure to meet payment deadlines, disorderly conduct, or violation of laws
or rules. License information is printed on the back of each ticket.

To reserve LP Field for special events, please call the LP Field Facilities Office

SUITES
Individual game suites (ranging in size from 16 to 96 people) are available on
a game by game basis. Season suites may become available and range in price from
$50,000 - $125,000 per year. The suites at LP Fieldare exclusive for every event
held at LP Field by the suite-holder of record. Sub-leases are available on an

TICKETING ISSUES
From time to time, ticketing conflicts may arise. Should a patron's seat be occupied
by another guest and the conflict cannot be resolved, contact the nearest usher
for assistance or visit the fan accommodations booths on the Main Level (Sections
101 and 123) and in the Upper Deck (Sections 310 and 337). Do not sit in any open
seat since this will only delay resolution. The Titans prefer to resolve ticket
issues prior to game time, when possible.

To reserve your personal tailgate tent in our hospitality village, please call
615-565-GAME (4263).
WAITING LIST
Currently all Season Tickets/PSLs are sold out. The PSL Waiting List Form is
available by calling the ticket office. Please complete the form and return to
the Titans Ticket Office. If PSLs become available, they will be offered to the
names on the waiting list.
WILL CALL
Tickets that cannot be mailed or are being held by request may be picked up at
the Will Call windows on the East side of LP Field. Proper photo identification
such as a driver's license will be required in order to pick up tickets. Will
Call will be open two hours prior to kickoff of each Titans game. For other events,
check with LP Field for will-call hours of operation.
SINGLE-GAME TICKETS
When available, single-game tickets may be purchased at all TicketMaster locations,
which include Kroger, Hechts, Tower Records and Soundshop, or charged by phone
at 615-255-9600. Single-game tickets may also be purchased at the Titans Ticket
Office located on the East side of LP Field, and online at www.ticketmaster.com. For information related to tickets and accommodations for guests with disabilities,
call or come by the Titans Ticket Office. Single-game tickets that are lost, destroyed
or stolen cannot be replaced.
SEASON TICKETS
In order to purchase Season Tickets at LP Field, the purchase of a Permanent
Seat License ("PSL") is required. Currently all Season Tickets/PSLs are sold out.
A PSL Waiting List Form is available from the ticket office or you can click here to fill out the form. Please complete the form and return to the Titans Ticket
Office. If PSLs become available, they will be offered to the names on the waiting
list.
WHAT IS A PSL?
A PSL is a PERMANENT SEAT LICENSE, a one-time purchase that transfers the rights of the seat from the team to
the individual licensee. It is a contractual agreement between the team and the
licensee. The PSL guarantees the holder control of season tickets for the same
seat each season as long as the tickets are purchased by the deadline each year.
(PSLs do not apply to Super Bowls or any other events that may be held at LP Field,
such as college football games or concerts.) If the customer decides that he is
not interested in holding the seat any longer he can sell the seat to whomever
he wishes. For example, he can transfer the rights to the seat to a neighbor or
relative rather than having the seat go to a random person on the team's waiting
list. What are the prices for the PSLs? The prices of PSLs and season tickets
are associated with specific zones. Prices are as follows:

SEASON TICKET OWNERSHIP
We recognize exclusive ownership of a season ticket account as the individual
name or company name that appears on the first line of the account identification.
This person or entity is the account holder of record. For example:

The account holder of record must sign for all transactions concerning season
ticket accounts. This includes, but is not limited to: address changes, seat changes,
transfer of ownership, and replacement of lost or stolen tickets.
A name change for an individual or a company will not be allowed without a transfer
of ownership. Transfer of ownership is subject to the terms of the written PSL
agreement governing each ticket account and to Titans' guidelines and restrictions.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
A name change without transfer of ownership is not allowed on any account. PSL
holders may have the right to transfer ownership of an account. A transfer application may be obtained from the Titans Ticket Office. The application must be completed
and signed by the current owner and prospective buyer, accompanied by a certified
check or money order for the account transfer fee (currently $100.00 per account).
The current periods for transfer will be from September 1st to October 31st, and
from February 1st to April 30th. All transfers are subject to the terms of the
written PSL agreement and Titans' guidelines and restrictions. The Titans reserve
the right to make reasonable changes to PSL transfer guidelines and restrictions.

BILLING & PAYMENT DEADLINES
Titans Season Tickets are billed in two installments for the convenience of PSL
Holders. First installment invoices are sent via first class mail in February
with a due date of mid-March. Final installment invoices are sent via first class
mail in April. Full payment is due the first of May. If you do not receive an
invoice during these periods, you need to contact the Ticket Office to check the
status of your invoice.
Ticket payments need to be sent to our lock box processing center at P.O. Box
11407, Birmingham, AL 35246-0070. All other correspondence may be sent to our
Ticket Office at One Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213.
DELIVERY OF SEASON TICKETS
Depending upon game schedule, season tickets will arrive mid to late July.
PLAYOFF TICKETS
Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase same-seat locations for any
Titans home playoff games held at LP Field. In the event the Titans are instructed
by the NFL to prepare for playoffs, Season Ticket Holders will receive written
information regarding the playoff package sometime in November.
SUPER BOWL® TICKETS
If the Titans are a participating team in the Super Bowl®, a random lottery will
be held to provide a limited number of tickets to Titans Season Ticket Holders
and winning Season Ticket Holders will be contacted. In the past, the NFL has
conducted a lottery for fans for a small number of tickets to each Super Bowl.
