TITANS TIDBITS:
• Now in his fifth season in the NFL, Cramer started his plan for life after football when he was a rookie. In four offseasons, Cramer has attended four NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Programs at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business and Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. During the 2008 offseason, he attended the Kellogg program which focused on developing and selling a brand and evaluating franchise opportunities. The Dartmouth alum has also interned with Wachovia (Charlotte) in the corporate investment department and in the brokerage retail department (Nashville).
• In 2009, Cramer helped organize and lead a workshop for financial advisers at the NFLPA conference. He educated the advisers on the intricacies of an NFL player’s finances and how they could best help the group during and after their playing careers.
• During the 2008 offseason Cramer participated in a PSA campaign entitled “Raise Your Glasses” for the Nashville Opera, a program that featured 15 Nashville celebrities and personalities. Cramer, who was raised with an appreciation for the arts, was interested in the opportunity in part because of his family’s experience in the performing arts. The campaign was part of an effort to raise $12 million for educational outreach through the Fund for Artistic Excellence and the Noah Liff Opera Center, the company’s first ever permanent headquarters.
• A seventh-round selection by the Buccaneers in the 2004 NFL Draft, Cramer doesn’t take anything for granted in the NFL and prides himself on staying grounded. Often ridiculed by teammates, Cramer says his priority is saving his finances and growing them with investments for the future.
• Cramer serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee and has been actively involved the last three years. He enjoys spending time with the kids after school and recently received the organization’s Sydney F. Keeble Distinguished Service award with Kyle Vanden Bosch.
• In May 2009, Cramer held his first youth football camp in Nashville.
• Cramer has passed the Series 7 financial certification exam and is now certified to sell stocks and bonds. Cramer has taken the GMAT and is interested in business school after his NFL career.

2008 (9/2, 0/0 – Miami Dolphins; 0/0, 0/0 – Titans): Signed as a free agent by the Titans on Dec. 31, 2008. Played in nine games with two starts at fullback for the Miami Dolphins in 2008 and collected two receptions for three yards and a touchdown. Released by the Dolphins on Dec. 20, 2008. Was inactive for the Titans’ Wild Card contest against Baltimore (1/10).
• Against New England (11/23), saw action in a reserve role at fullback and grabbed his first career NFL touchdown reception, a two-yard pass from Chad Pennington.
2007 (5/1, 0/0 - Tennessee): Saw action in five games with one start at fullback against Carolina (11/4). Registered four special teams tackles on coverage units and led the team in special teams tackles once in 2007 (at TB). Was inactive for 11 regular season games and the playoff contest at San Diego.
• At Tampa Bay (10/14), saw action in a reserve role at tight end and fullback. Led the team with two special teams tackles.
• Against Carolina (11/4), started at fullback and helped open holes for Titans’ ball carriers to gain 140 rushing yards in the Titans’ 20-7 victory over the Panthers.
2006 (15/0 - Tennessee): Played in 15 games after being claimed off waivers (Carolina) by Titans on Sept. 3. Cramer recorded a career-high two receptions for eight yards. On special teams he tied for fourth on the team with 15 special teams tackles, two fumble recoveries and blocked one punt. He was inactive one contest (11/12 against Baltimore).
• At Miami (9/24), posted first career reception for six yards.
• Named AFC Special Teams Player of Week after posting team-high three tackles on special teams, one fumble recovery and blocked punt at Washington (10/15).
2005 (1/0, 1/1 – Carolina): Waived during training camp by Panthers (9/3) before being signed to practice squad, where he spent first 13 games of season. Signed to 53-man roster (12/16) and played in one regular season contest at New Orleans (12/18). Was inactive versus Dallas (12/24), at Atlanta (1/1), NFC Wild Card game at New York Giants (1/8) and in NFC Divisional Playoffs at Chicago (1/15).
• In NFC Championship at Seattle (1/22), saw action as reserve fullback and on special teams.
2004 (6/1 – Carolina): Played in six games with one start and was inactive for one contest. Played key role in running back Nick Goings’ career-high 821 rushing yards and five touchdowns. Saw action on special teams. Spent time with Buccaneers, Jets and Titans before signing with Panthers (11/17).
• Against New Orleans (1/2), recorded first career start and contributed to an offensive effort that produced 360 total yards.
COLLEGE:
• Ranks first in Dartmouth history with 21 touchdown receptions and second in school annals with 185 catches for 2,477 yards. Appeared in 39 games with 33 starts and led all college tight ends with 72 receptions for 1,017 yards and seven touchdowns as junior in 2002. Posted 11 career games with 100 yards or more of receiving.
• Cramer served as Dartmouth’s backup punter for away games during his career and even lined up as an option quarterback for a few plays as a sophomore when three of the team’s quarterbacks were lost to injuries.
• Graduated in May of 2004 with degree in psychology.

• Earned eight varsity letters in football, basketball and track at Middleton (Wis.) HS and selected as team captain in all three sports. Played three different positions on football team (tight end, linebacker and punter). Earned All-Conference and All-Area in football and basketball and honorable mention All-State as a senior.
