    The NFL will celebrate its brightest stars of today and tomorrow with new Pro Bowl week festivities in 2017 in Orlando.

    Culminating with the 2017 Pro Bowl game at Camping World Stadium on Sunday, January 29 and televised live at 7 PM CT on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, Pro Bowl week will celebrate all levels of football -- from youth to high school to the NFL's best.

    The 2017 Pro Bowl will feature a return to the traditional AFC vs. NFC game format following three years using a revised, "unconferenced" format. The NFL's best will once again be in the spotlight as 88 players -- 44 from the AFC and 44 from the NFC -- are determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches.

PRO: Doug Datish, an interior offensive lineman with impressive size and strength, adds depth at center and is capable of playing guard for the Titans. He is in his first full season with the Titans. He spent the 2007 season in Atlanta on injured reserve after breaking his wrist in the preseason and then was acquired by the Indianapolis Colts off waivers on June 26, 2008. Released by the Colts on July 12, 2008, he was then re-signed by the Falcons on Aug. 7 and released Aug. 31. The Titans added him to the practice squad on Dec. 23, 2008 and re-signed him at the conclusion of the season. Datish originally was selected in the sixth round (198th overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Falcons.

TITANS TIDBITS:

• After earning his bachelor’s degree in history early at Ohio State, Datish began work on a master’s degree with an emphasis on U.S. military studies and a minor in national security and intelligence. He needs only to write his thesis to complete the degree, which he hopes one day to use working for the U.S. State Department.

COLLEGE:

• Earned All-Big Ten Conference first-team honors from the league’s coaches and media at Ohio State following his senior season.

• As senior (2006), helped Buckeyes average 384.5 yards per game and did not personally allow any sacks or pressures. Protected Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Troy Smith.

• Graduated in December 2005 with degree in history.

• Married to Karli.

• At Howland (Warren, Ohio) High School, earned first-team All-Ohio honors as senior and played both offense and defense.

• Father, Mike, played for Ohio State in 1975 when the Buckeyes posted 11-1 record and went to Rose Bowl.
