Biography

PRO: The Titans signed Kourtnei Brown to their practice squad late in the 2016 regular season to provide added depth on defense. The 6-4, 253-pound linebacker out of Clemson can play at both the linebacker and defensive end positions. Brown entered the league in 2012 as an undrafted free agent with the San Francisco 49ers but did make his NFL debut until the 2015 season with the Tamp Bay Buccaneers. He has previously spent time on the practice squads of the Redskins, Rams, Texans and Buccaneers.

interception (returned 20 yards for a touchdown).
•     As a senior (2011), compiled 25 tackles, four tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, two passes defensed and one interception (returned 20 yards for a touchdown). Recorded his first career interception against North Carolina (10/22/11), returning it 20 yards for a touchdown, while also adding two tackles and a pass defensed. Named National Defensive Player of the Week by Walter Camp Football Foundation, National Defensive Performer of the Week and National Defensive Lineman of the Week by College Football Performance Awards.
•     As a junior (2010), registered 17 tackles and two tackles for loss.

•     As a sophomore (2008), tallied 21 tackles and three tackles for loss.
