PRO: Sean Ryan is in his seventh NFL season after signing with the Titans just prior to 2010 training camp. The six-foot-five-inch, 260-pounder is a reliable run blocker who also can produce as a big target in the red zone, as evidenced by his two touchdown receptions with the Chiefs in 2009. Ryan joins a talented group and will compete for a spot as a reserve tight end.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• In 2009, appeared in 10 games with eight starts for Kansas City and posted career-highs with 14 receptions, 135 receiving yards and two touchdown catches.

• The Buffalo, N.Y., native was originally selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the fifth round (144th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft.
• Released by the Cowboys on Sept. 6, 2004. Added to the team’s practice squad on Sept. 8, 2004 before being signed to Dallas’ active roster on Nov. 24, 2004.
• Released by the Cowboys on Sept. 3, 2005 and added to the team’s practice squad a day later. Signed to the Cowboys’ 53-man roster on Nov. 23, 2005.
• Traded by the Cowboys to the N.Y. Jets on Aug. 31, 2006 in exchange for a 2007 seventh-round draft pick.
• Signed with the Miami Dolphins as an unrestricted free agent on Feb. 29, 2008.
• Released by the Dolphins on Sept. 12, 2008 and signed by the New Orleans Saints on Sept. 24, 2008.
