    The NFL will celebrate its brightest stars of today and tomorrow with new Pro Bowl week festivities in 2017 in Orlando.

    Culminating with the 2017 Pro Bowl game at Camping World Stadium on Sunday, January 29 and televised live at 7 PM CT on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, Pro Bowl week will celebrate all levels of football -- from youth to high school to the NFL's best.

    The 2017 Pro Bowl will feature a return to the traditional AFC vs. NFC game format following three years using a revised, "unconferenced" format. The NFL's best will once again be in the spotlight as 88 players -- 44 from the AFC and 44 from the NFC -- are determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches.

Dale Thompson

Biography

Dale Thompson is in his sixth season with the Titans in 2016 after spending the previous three years in the Seattle Seahawks’ player personnel department.

Thompson was a pro scout for two seasons after serving as an intern with the Seahawks in 2008. Thompson helped scout future Seahawks opponents and assessed talent in all professional leagues including the NFL, the Canadian Football League and the Arena Football League. He also helped coordinate free agent visits and tryouts, and monitored the NFL transactions. After attending Santiago High School in Corona, Calif.

Thompson attended the University of Southern California where he played tight end for Seahawks Head Coach Pete Carroll. During his career, the Trojans played in two national championship games, winning in 2004, won four Pac 10 titles, and won two Rose Bowls.

He graduated with a degree in sociology.
