Tom Roth is in his 6th year with the Titans after joining them in 2017 following 14 years scouting college players for the Buffalo Bills.
He joined the Bills in 2003 as a College Scouting Administrator and became the Bills BLESTO scouting representative after two years.
In 2007, Roth became an area scout for the Bills. He also has two years of experience working at the NFL's Player Personnel Department (2001-03).
