You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Nissan Stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering Nissan Stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and Nissan Stadium landlord, or their agents. Seating for guests with disabilities is available on all levels of Nissan Stadium. To maximize the seating needs of our fans, Titans and Nissan Stadium staff reserve the right to determine the maximum number of companion seats that may be purchased with a single wheelchair-accessible seat. Additionally, companion seating may be in theater-style seats adjacent to or in reasonable proximity to the patron with disabilities. The earlier patrons purchase tickets the better opportunity the Ticket Office will have to handle requests.
Only a limited number of seats are available for each Titans away game. Tickets for away games are not available for purchase through the Titans Ticket Office. Fans should contact Titans' official fan travel company at 1-855-TITAN-RW for information regarding packages that include game tickets. Change Of Address
Children - Under Age 2
Children under age 2 may be held in an adult's lap and are not required to have a ticket to the game. Children must not disturb other patrons in surrounding seats or this privilege may be revoked.
Lost or destroyed tickets may be replaced for season ticket holders only. To have these replacement tickets issued, the PSL holder must come by Nissan Stadium with a photo ID. Non-season tickets cannot be replaced.

A limited number of parking spaces are available in the parking lots around Nissan Stadium. Parking is available for purchase by Club and Suite Holders. Currently all parking is sold out. Information is printed on the back of each ticket.
Each ticket (or credential) is a limited revocable license, which may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Titans. All licenses are subject to rules and regulations of the Titans and the National Football League ("NFL"). A ticket may be revoked and the ticket holder may be ejected from the Coliseum for failure to meet payment deadlines, disorderly conduct, or violation of laws or rules. License information is printed on the back of each ticket.

Individual game suites (ranging in size from 16 to 96 people) are available on a game by game basis. Season suites may become available and range in price from $50,000 - $125,000 per year. The suites at Nissan Stadium are exclusive for every event held at Nissan Stadium by the suite-holder of record. Sub-leases are available on an event by event basis. From time to time, ticketing conflicts may arise. Should a patron's seat be occupied by another guest and the conflict cannot be resolved, contact the nearest usher for assistance or visit the fan accommodations booths on the Main Level (Sections 101 and 123) and in the Upper Deck (Sections 310 and 337). Do not sit in any open seat since this will only delay resolution. The Titans prefer to resolve ticket issues prior to game time, when possible.
Currently all Season Tickets/PSLs are sold out. The PSL Waiting List Form is available by calling the ticket office. Please complete the form and return to the Titans Ticket Office. If PSLs become available, they will be offered to the names on the waiting list.
Tickets that cannot be mailed or are being held by request may be picked up at the Will Call windows on the East side of Nissan Stadium. Proper photo identification such as a driver's license will be required in order to pick up tickets. Will Call will be open three hours prior to kickoff of each Titans game. For other events, check with Nissan Stadium for will-call hours of operation.
When available, single-game tickets may be purchased at all TicketMaster locations, which include Kroger, Hechts and Soundshop, or charged by phone at 615-255-9600. Single-game tickets may also be purchased at the Titans Ticket Office located on the East side of Nissan Stadium, and online at www.ticketmaster.com. For information related to tickets and accommodations for guests with disabilities, call or come by the Titans Ticket Office. Single-game tickets that are lost, destroyed or stolen cannot be replaced.

What is a PSL?
A PSL is a PERMANENT SEAT LICENSE, a one-time purchase that transfers the rights of the seat from the team to the individual licensee. It is a contractual agreement between the team and the licensee. The PSL guarantees the holder control of season tickets for the same seat each season as long as the tickets are purchased by the deadline each year. (PSLs do not apply to Super Bowls or any other events that may be held at Nissan Stadium, such as college football games or concerts.) If the customer decides that he is not interested in holding the seat any longer he can sell the seat to whomever he wishes. For example, he can transfer the rights to the seat to a neighbor or relative rather than having the seat go to a random person on the team's waiting list. What are the prices for the PSLs? The prices of PSLs and season tickets are associated with specific zones. Prices are as follows:

Season Ticket Ownership
We recognize exclusive ownership of a season ticket account as the individual name or company name that appears on the first line of the account identification. This person or entity is the account holder of record. For example:

The account holder of record must sign for all transactions concerning season ticket accounts. This includes, but is not limited to: address changes, seat changes, transfer of ownership, and replacement of lost or stolen tickets.
A name change for an individual or a company will not be allowed without a transfer of ownership. Transfer of ownership is subject to the terms of the written PSL agreement governing each ticket account and to Titans' guidelines and restrictions.
Transfer Of OwnershipIf you already own a Personal Seat License (PSL), and want to transfer it to another party, please visit the Official Tennessee Titans PSL Marketplace.
Each Spring, PSL accounts in good standing will have the option to search available inventory through our online interactive seat map. The Ticket Office will reach out to all eligible accounts* annually to register for this seat improvement opportunity.
A. Exchanging seats within the same price category - If you choose to exchange your current seats for a new set of seats within the same PSL category, there will be no additional money due for the PSL(s) or season tickets.
B. Exchanging your current seats for HIGHER-PRICED seats - If you choose to move your current seats to a higher-priced PSL category, two separate charges will apply:
1. You will be charged the difference in your season ticket cost.
2. You will be charged the difference in your PSL(s). The PSL credit you receive will reflect your total PSL purchase minus the value of the PSL(s) the year you originally acquired ownership of the seats.
C. Exchanging your current seats for LOWER-PRICED seats - If you choose to move your current seats to a lower-priced PSL category, you will not be reimbursed for the PSL difference.
D. Attention Club Seat Members - If you choose to relocate out of the Club level, you will lose your parking pass privileges. Parking passes are a Club Member benefit only.
Please note, not all seating areas will be open for relocation. Inventory subject to availability. All changes executed through the annual seat improvement program are permanent changes to your account. A $5.00 Ticketmaster per order fee applies for each PSL account you relocate annually. *The Ticket Office will determine account eligibility for relocation.
Billing & Payment Deadlines
Titans Season Tickets are billed in two installments for the convenience of PSL Holders. First installment invoices are sent early in each calendar year with a due date typically in February or March. Final installment invoices are sent via first class mail in April. Full payment is due the first of May. If you do not receive an invoice during these periods, you need to contact the Ticket Office to check the status of your invoice.
Ticket payments need to be sent to our lock box processing center at P.O. Box 306104, Nashville, TN 37230-6104. All other correspondence may be sent to our Ticket Office at Tennessee Titans, One Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213.
Delivery Of Season Tickets
Depending upon game schedule, season tickets will arrive mid to late July.
Season Ticket Holders have the option to purchase same-seat locations for any Titans home playoff games held at Nissan Stadium. In the event the Titans are instructed by the NFL to prepare for playoffs, Season Ticket Holders will receive written information regarding the playoff package sometime in November.
Super Bowl® Tickets
If the Titans are a participating team in the Super Bowl®, a random lottery will be held to provide a limited number of tickets to Titans Season Ticket Holders and winning Season Ticket Holders will be contacted. In the past, the NFL has conducted a lottery for fans for a small number of tickets to each Super Bowl.
