NASHVILLE – The Titans made a flurry of moves on Saturday morning, adding four players to the roster while also moving defensive lineman Jurrell Casey from the PUP list to the active roster.

The four additions: Running back Akeem Hunt, defensive end Eric Cotton, receiver DeAngelo Yancey and linebacker Ukeme Eligwe.

They’ll join Casey, named to his fourth Pro Bowl team last season, on the roster. Casey began training camp on the team’s Physically Unable to Perform list, and he’s spent the last few weeks rehabbing the injury. Casey has since passed a physical, and his return will provide a big boost to the defensive line.

The Titans waived receiver Jalen Tolliver from the 90-man roster on Saturday, and waived injured linebacker Riley Bullough and offensive lineman Cody Conway. Bullough and Conway were both injured in Thursday night’s preseason game at Philadelphia.

Also, the team moved linebacker D’Andre Walker to Injured Reserve. Walker, a fifth-round draft pick from Georgia, missed Thursday’s game and several practices leading up to the game after suffering an injury earlier this month.

The 5-foot-10, 182-pound Hunt, who played at Purdue, has spent time with the Chiefs, Texans, Ravens and Giants in the NFL. He’s played in 30 career games and has amassed 228 rushing yards and 99 receiving yards after racking up 2,035 rushing yards with the Boilermakers. He most recently played for the Orlando Apollos in the Alliance of American Football League.

The 6-foot-6, 242-pound Cotton, who played at Stanford, was signed by the Packers as an undrafted free agent in December of last season. He spent the final two weeks on the team’s practice squad and participated in the team’s offseason workout program before being waived in July.

The 6-foot-1, 220-pound Yancey, who also played at Purdue, has spent time with the Packers and Jets in the NFL, although he has not yet played in a regular season game. He joined the NFL as a fifth-round pick of the Packers in the 2017 NFL Draft after racking up 2,344 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns at Purdue.

The 6-foot-2, 239-pound Eligwe, who played at Georgia Southern, has spent time with the Chiefs and Giants in the NFL after being drafted in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Chiefs. Eligwe has 12 career tackles and one sack in 24 games.

The Titans return to the practice field on Saturday at Saint Thomas Sports Park.
