What is your current job outside of cheering for the Tennessee Titans?

_I work as a Relationship Manager at the Bank of America on base at Fort Campbell in Clarksville, TN. I love that I have the opportunity to help our troops every day. _

Who do you look up to the most in life?

My parents – they are the hardest working and most supportive people. I'm so lucky they're mine.

What is your spirit animal?

Hawaiian Monk Seal. They spend their days swimming around looking for ocean snacks and once they're full, they lie on the beach for hours sunbathing. The lifeee.

What is your favorite quote?

"There are 2 rules to follow to be successful. #1 Don't tell everyone everything."

What is the oldest thing in your refrigerator?

Most likely some cucumbers. Every time I go to the store, I feel the need to buy 2 cucumbers to have as a healthy go to snack... but when I get home I realize I already had 7.

What is your favorite memory as a Titans Cheerleader?

The Military Appreciation game was really meaningful to me. I was chosen to ride around the field in T-Rac's military Jeep before kickoff which was so much fun! More importantly, my dad and husband, both of whom are military veterans, were in attendance, so it was special to have them there. I loved all the patriotism and appreciation that was shown to our heroes! Plus, who doesn't love a good fly over?!

Do you have any strange phobias?

Worms are so gross. I know they are harmless, but I have a minor panic attack when I have to go outside after it rains.

If you could only dance to one artist for the rest of your life, who would you choose?

90s Britney. She's my girl!

What is your favorite way to break a sweat?

I love a good evening run on a back road with my husband next to me – telling me to run faster 😊

How has being an NFL cheerleader helped you propel your career?

I've grown so much professionally from being an NFL cheerleader. My managers respect my dedication and work in the community. They rely on me to bring positivity to the workplace every day!

Why do you cheer?

The short version (because I could write a book): I love football- the passion of the game, rowdiness of the crowd, the whole experience is so exciting, and I get to be a part of it all from the sidelines! Also, I've been a cheerleader since I was 5 and to reach the very top... to be an NFL Cheerleader has always been a dream of mine. Now that I am here, I love having a platform to be a role model to young girls and show them they can be smart, talented, professional, and make a positive impact in their community.

This week's Cheer Spotlight shines on Titans Cheerleader Ariana, a second-year veteran and 2018 Tennessee Titans Salute to Service Award nominee, chosen for her dedication and service to the U.S. Army.
