Yoga on the Field

Celebrate Mother's Day weekend under the lights at Nissan Stadium for twilight yoga class, cocktails, and shopping at the fifth-annual Yoga on the Field.

This year we celebrate community, well-being and moms as we unite in flow and watch the sun set over Music City. After a one-hour yoga class on the Tennessee Titans' field, the evening continues on the concourse with a cocktail party, photo booth and other fun activities.

All levels and ages are welcome. Doors and registration will open at 5:00 pm. Class will start promptly at 6:00 pm.
