Season Ticket Cards
What was included in my season ticket shipment this year?
Season ticket cards were packaged in a box and mailed mid-July via USPS. You received one card per PSL owned, along with a lanyard you may attach to each card. Your season ticket card is your ticket! No need to activate, just bring it to the game for tap-and-go stadium entry and concessions discounts.
Is my card good for all games?
Yes. Your card is good for all Titans home games at Nissan Stadium. Attach your season ticket card to the lanyard provided, and wear it as you enter Nissan Stadium.
*NEW FOR 2019: TAP & GO ENTRY* Simply tap your season ticket card to the ticket scanner at the gate for entry. (You will no longer need to scan the QR barcode located on the reverse side of your ticket card.)
What about Playoff tickets?
Should the Titans host a home Playoff game, and you elect to purchase your Playoff tickets, they will be electronically added to your season ticket card. For more information about Playoff ticket options, click here.

Can I still print a ticket from home?
Printable PDF tickets are not available.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?
If you are sending individual game tickets to someone who does not have a smart phone, contact your dedicated Season Ticket Account Executive at 615.565.4200 for more information.
Do I bring my season ticket card to every game?
Yes! Your season ticket card is your ticket for stadium entry! Attach it to the lanyard provided, or place it in your wallet, for easy access on gameday. Simply tap your season ticket card on the scanner at the gate for entry.

How do I access mobile tickets on gameday?
If you need to access your season tickets on your mobile device, be sure you have the latest version of the Titans Mobile App on your smart phone. Through the App, you have access to all of your game tickets 24/7!
Open the App, select Tickets -> Manage My Tickets.
If you want to use mobile tickets at the gate, be sure to add your tickets to the Wallet app (if you have an iPhone) or Google Pay app (if you have an Android).
What if my phone battery dies and I have tickets on my phone?
It’s always best to charge your phone completely before arriving at Nissan Stadium on gameday. However, if your phone battery dies, new mobile charging stations are available both outside and inside Nissan Stadium this season. Ask the nearest Fan Services Representative for the locations.
What happens if my season ticket card is misplaced or stolen?
Should your card ever go missing, we can quickly deactivate the lost card, and then replace it. Call 615.565.4200, option 1 to report a lost or stolen card.
