Biography

PRO: The Titans signed Quinton Bohanna late in the 2023 campaign to add depth and experience to the defensive front. The University of Kentucky product adds size and strength to the interior of the defensive line. The 6-foot-4-inch, 360-pounder was originally drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 2021 and spent his first two seasons with the club before signing with the Detroit Lions' practice squad in 2023. Prior to joining the Titans, the Memphis, Tenn., native appeared in 30 NFL contests with 12 starts and recorded 35 tackles.

•    Bohanna's brother, Joseph, played football at Lincoln University.  His uncle, Brian Ingram, played at the University of Tennessee and went on to play for the New England Patriots and the San Diego Chargers. 
•    Quinton's nickname is "Big Bo."

CAREER TRANSACTIONS:  
•    The Memphis, Tenn., native was originally drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the sixth round (192nd overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. 
•    Waived by the Cowboys on Aug. 29, 2023. 
•    Signed by the Detroit Lions to the team's practice squad on Aug. 31, 2023. 
•    Activated from the practice squad to the Lions' active roster standard elevation on Nov. 18, 2023.

•    As a senior (2019), played in eight games at FIU and posted 10 tackles, two tackles for loss and two passes defensed. 
•    As a junior (2018), started all 13 games at nose tackle at FIU and posted 18 tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack and a pass defensed. 
•    As a sophomore (2018), appeared in 12 games with seven starts at Ellsworth (Iowa) Community College and posted 17 tackles, a sack, four tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. 
•    As a freshman (2017), played in 12 games with starts in the last five contests at ASA (N.Y.) College and posted 14 tackles and a pass defensed. 
•    Majored in pre-information communication technology at Kentucky.

PERSONAL:  
•    Attended Cordova (Tenn.) High School and was rated a three-star prospect. Tallied 91 tackles his senior season with 24 tackles for loss and 19 sacks to help lead Cordova to a 12-2 record and TSSAA 6A semifinals. 
•    Was a three-time member of the Tennessee Sports Writers Association Class 6A All-State team and was named the 2016 American Family Insurance All-USA Tennessee Football First-Team Defense.
